These Terms govern access to and use of the NixZap platform, including its sites, apps, and features.
The platform is designed for business use, but individuals may subscribe. Consumer protection rules apply where the user qualifies as a consumer.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part, do not use the platform.
NixZap provides automation, AI agents, and messaging operations tools.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Availability is best-effort, and maintenance windows may occur.
Automations and agents operate based on customer configurations and instructions.
NixZap does not guarantee that automated responses are correct or complete.
You are responsible for reviewing flows and for all messages sent on your behalf.
You must have legal capacity and provide accurate, up-to-date information to use the platform.
Companies must register authorized representatives.
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and policies.
You are responsible for message content, contact provenance, and valid consent for communications.
NixZap is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Meta, or other third parties mentioned.
The WhatsApp integration is not official and may use third-party solutions.
Use of WhatsApp is subject to its own terms and policies, which may lead to blocks, suspensions, or limitations.
We do not guarantee message delivery due to external factors or provider rules.
Pricing, conditions, renewals, and included features are shown at checkout or in the purchasing flow.
We may suspend access for non-payment or fraud, with notice when reasonable.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents new charges after the current billing cycle ends.
We offer a 7-day withdrawal period from purchase, with full refund when applicable.
The platform, brand, interfaces, and technology are owned by NixZap or its licensors.
Copying, reverse engineering, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
NixZap may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud suspicion, or risk to third parties.
You may close your account at any time, subject to outstanding obligations and legal requirements.
NixZap does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for external or third-party failures.
We are not responsible for WhatsApp account blocks, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by the provider.
We are not liable for losses resulting from customer-configured automations without review.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for mandatory legal obligations.

By using the platform, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version will always be available on this page.
When possible, we will provide reasonable notice for material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
The courts of Sao Paulo/SP are elected as the exclusive forum, unless otherwise required by law or when the user qualifies as a consumer.
In case of conflict, the Portuguese version prevails.
